Kettlebell Conditioning

This class will start off with soft tissue work, them a 8-10 minute mobility circuit. The next 20-30 minutes is an interval based session. The movements are geared towards metabolic signaling, which helps improve body composition and speed up you metabolism.

Kettlebell Strength

This class is geared toward improving overall strength. You will learn how to create maximum tension, by learning specific skills to minimize energy leaks.

The main drivers of strength are your:

  • Grip
  • Abdominals
  • Lats
  • Glutes

You will learn how to turn on these areas and use them to produce superhuman strength.


This class is geared towards improving overall joint range of motion and tissue health.


Vipr stands for:

  • Vitality: a renewed sense of energy and movement possibility: purposeful and strong.
  • Performance: performing at the highest level possible, with plenty left to spare.
  • Re-Conditioning: regaining the power to move effectively once more.

This class starts with a movement preparation series followed by a deep dive into specific movements to help the fascial tissue become stronger and more resilient. The Vipr will help teach you to move from three vital areas: Foot/Ankle, Hips and finally the Scapula.

This will be the most challenging and rewarding workout you have ever done.
